Very good for a family, two separate spacious rooms and a small kitchen. Parking is alright in the garage, closest metro station just two blocks away. Recommended!

Last year I stayed in a spacey apartment with a balcony. This was very good. Proximity of the Metro is good! Proximity of rental bikes is perfect! Having a little kitchen is good as well! Thanks,
This year (due to availability) I stayed in a studio with no space. When the bed was unfolded their was no space at all. The apartment I will do again... the studio is a no go! The elevator was out of order and I had to walk up 5 stories with my suitcases! :-( The receptionist could use a lesson to become more service minded.

I found the apartment with a bathroom just as I expected, and they also provided a microwave oven, a refrigerator, and a cooktop.

The free upgrade to a one-bedroom apartment was very appreciated. The apartment was nicely furnished and very spacious.
The kitchen was quite small, but adequate for two people.

Excellent value for money. 7th floor even had the bonus of a roof-top terrace included in the price. Could not fault this accomodation - shame it was only a single night stop-over en route to Provence..
Could have done with offering an evening meal as there was nowhere open locally except for a McDonalds down the road (Eventually found after an hour of traipsing around town a bit)

A nice, large apartment perfect for two people. Just one stop away from Vieux Lyon (the old town) so good if you want to be out of town a little bit. There's a monoprix just down the road and a few restaurants too.
It was not big enough for four people (as advertised), but great for two. The reception is not open on Sundays, which could be a problem. If you want to stay in the city, then this place is not for you. It's only two stops from Bellecour, but feels a lot more remote. Nice if you like it a bit quieter.

The staff were very helpful and polite. This was a comfortable and excellent location close to Vieux Lyon, which has an amazing cathedral and is near the railway.

Quite, beautiful view of the green that surrounds the Hotel from all the sides. Good parking.
Small things tend to spoil a beautiful thing: in the parking downstairs there are un cleaned spider webs; in the balcony there is mud of some weeks.

Price and equipment in room - easy for an overnight stay for family with 2 kids
Access to garage complicated as only possible to use lift to get out of garage, but not to get in.

The room was mind-blowing with super comfortable beds and an impressive range of facilities including wi-fi, laundry, and a flat-screen TV. The lift was super convenient, and the fully equipped kitchen with a microwave and cookware was jaw-dropping. We were thrilled that cots were available for our young children, and it was a relief to find out that pets were allowed. The air conditioning ensured a pleasant stay, and the no smoking policy on site was a breath of fresh air. The helpful and friendly staff made our stay even more enjoyable.
